Billing

Yelken tracks your resource usages and bills you for them at the end of each month. This period is called Billing Period and identified by month and year, such as July 2026. A billing period starts when you create a resource for the first time in that month, or starts at the beginning of each month if you already have a resource.

You can view overview of your current billing period in Billing Overview page. To view older billing periods, you can check Billing History page.

Payment

When a billing period ends, Yelken will try to pay your usages by withdrawing required amount from your usage credits and your saved payment methods. Yelken will first withdraw as much as from usage credits and then will withdraw from your payment methods if usage credits are not sufficient.

INFO

Please note that minimum amount that will be withdrawn from a payment method is $1.

If total amount that will be payed is less than $1, Yelken will not process the payment. Additionally, if you do not have sufficient credit, your usages will be carried to next month.

You can also manually pay your usages by viewing details of billing period and using Make Payment button which will navigate you to Pay Bill page. In this page, you can choose which billing period you want to pay as well as which saved credit card you want to use.

Credit

Yelken can give you usage credits to be used while paying your bills. The usage credit can have a starting and ending date, if it is stated, in which it is only valid. Outside of these dates, you may not be able to utilize your credits.

Lastly, usage credits do not represent any real money and only grants paying resource usages for the amount it has.
