Workspace
Workspace is the root of all resources you have in Yelken platform. It contains your projects and your support tickets. You are billed for the resources that are in your own workspace and have a cost.
When a user signs up for Yelken account, a new workspace is created and attached to the account. The user can invite other users into the workspace and let them access the projects. This allows collaboration between members of teams.
You can list your workspace and all workspaces you have joined by opening Workspaces page. By choosing a workspace inside the list, you can view its details.
Managing Workspace
You can manage your workspaces by inviting new users or removing already joined users.
Inviting a User
You can invite new users to your workspace by using Invite User button inside the Workspace page. In the opened modal, you need to provide email of the user to send an invitational email.
The invited user does not have to be signed up when you send the email. Once the invitation link is received, the user can sign up and respond to your invitation.
After sending the invitation, you can track the user response or cancel the invitation. When user accepts the invitation, they will be joined into your workspace and have access to your projects.
Remove a User
In order to remove a joined user from workspace, simply use Remove from Workspace button located next to the user you want to remove.
