Support

Yelken has a support ticket system where you can open a ticket, ask questions and send problems you encounter. You can view your active support tickets in Support Ticket page. You can also create new tickets by using Create Ticket button in the same page.

To create a support ticket, you need to provide a few information:

  1. Subject: Briefly describe subject of the support you want to have.
  2. Message: Explain the issue or request you have in details.

Once you open the ticket, Yelken will try to respond you as soon as possible.

As another communication channel, you can send email to support@yelken.io email address.
